We are a small family run building company and have been located in the centre of Washington for over 40 years. We have our own purpose built workshops for joinery and metal work and have comprehensive stock holding of parts and materials.

Although we do have a loyal customer base of domestic customers, our specialist field is in commercial and industrial maintainance where we are able to provide an end to end service for both major and minor works. We have a wide range of gas and electrical certificates to cover most areas of work.

All our staff hold valid training certificates for most of our industrial needs i.e. Boom Lifts, Scissor lifts and Scaffold towers etc. We are also qualified to design, inspect and issue Scaff Tag certificates to all our scaffolding works.

We can from the office offer a plan or presentation computer drawing service in Visio or cad format with in house colour printing of plans up to 1200mm wide. We aim to return all quotes within 48 hours and will guarantee all our works

Our joinery workshop is equipped with new industrial bench rip saws, radial arm cross cut machines, Wall mounted panel saw, air lines for spraying and we can handle work from ranging from the day to day work like fire door vision panels to small purpose made shop fitting projects.

Similarly our metal work facilities include mig and arc welding equipment, steel cutting saws and steel guliting work up to 1.5 mtrs Wide. We can carry out most onsite repairs like non-structural welding works and we work alongside local companies for larger prefabrication works
