Project included disabled accesses, fire protection and alarms, electrical installation, central heating, floors and kitchen area. 	Road construction - Donwell, Washington Road construction to department of transport specification and adopted by Sunderland City Council. Included mains underground sewerage, subbase, block paving finish, street lighting	Barn Conversion - Mangrove Green Complex conversion of a listed barn, including roof replacement, timber repair and treatment, windows, partitioning, underfloor heating and much more.
	Distribution Centre Construction of light industrial steel building for local distribution center. Included concrete flooring, steel frame and covering, disabled toilets, office partitions, lighting and pallet racking.
